BearHugs is ran by Faye, who was inspired to create a range of gifts, like a hug through the post, when she received a similar gift from a friend whilst unwell with Lyme Disease.
BearHugs was recommended by Rebecca. She has found the service to be really inclusive, with lots of clear information on ingredients and allergies. She also requested they include an option for messages to be in large print, which they implemented within a month of her request.
